Lord of the Flies in Top 5 books about boybands

Author Jason Roche has written a fun article in The Big Issue on the top 5 books about boybands. Roche’s tongue-in-cheek list includes Lord of the Flies, on which he comments: ‘it’s not hard to see why Jack broke away to go solo then form his own rival boyband’. While Roche’s piece is obviously satirical, Jack is the chapter chorister – the leader – of the choir, and is particularly proud of his ability to sing C Sharp. Other books in Roche’s lists include The Lord of the Rings and A Game of Thrones.
