Lord of the Flies on Radio 3

William Golding’s daughter, Judy (Golding) Carver features in a new radio programme about Lord of the Flies. Presenter Sarah Dillon explores the publication history of the novel, from its discovery on the rejection pile at Faber and Faber, to its status as one of the most famous books of all time. The programme will be broadcast on Sunday 2nd June, at 6.45pm, on Radio 3.
